larogo Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data larogo collects from Filipino players, how we use and protect that data, and what rights you have under Philippine law. We believe in full transparency — no hidden practices, no surprises.
Your Privacy, Protected
Here is a plain-language overview of the most important privacy commitments larogo makes to every player. These highlights do not replace the full legal text below — please read all sections carefully.
Data You Control
larogo collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, and comply with PAGCOR regulations. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.
No Data Sales
larogo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. Your data is shared only with carefully selected service providers — such as payment processors and KYC partners — who are contractually bound to handle it securely.
Secure by Design
All data transmitted between your device and larogo.org is protected by industry-standard TLS encryption. Sensitive account details and payment information are stored using layered security controls in compliance with applicable data protection standards.
Marketing Opt-Out
larogo will only send you promotional communications if you have opted in to receive them. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting larogo support — no questions asked, no delays.
Cookie Transparency
larogo uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your session active, remember your preferences, and analyse Platform usage. Non-essential cookies are only placed with your consent. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.
Philippine Law Compliance
larogo processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. We are committed to upholding the rights of all Filipino players under applicable Philippine data protection law.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
1 Introduction
larogo ("larogo", "we", "us", "our") operates the online gaming platform accessible at larogo.org (the "Platform"). We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users, including registered players, visitors, and prospective members across the Philippines — from Metro Manila and Makati to Cebu, Davao, and Quezon City.
This Privacy Policy explains:
- What personal data larogo collects from you when you use the Platform;
- The purposes for which larogo processes that data;

This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into larogo's Terms & Conditions. Defined terms used but not defined in this Policy carry the meaning given to them in the Terms & Conditions. This Policy applies to all personal data larogo processes in connection with the Platform, regardless of how you access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any larogo-branded application.
larogo processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Where PAGCOR regulatory requirements impose additional data processing obligations, those requirements also apply.

- Regulatory compliance: to fulfil larogo's obligations under PAGCOR regulations, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and other applicable Philippine laws;
- Customer support: to respond to your enquiries, process complaints, and provide technical assistance;
- Responsible gaming: to administer self-exclusion requests, deposit limits, and other responsible gaming tools you activate on your account;

Note on marketing: larogo will never send you unsolicited promotional messages. If you opted in at registration and later change your mind, you can withdraw your marketing consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).
4 Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its IRR, larogo processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

- Consent: processing based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent — most notably for marketing communications and for the placement of non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5 Sharing Your Data
5.1 Authorised Third-Party Service Providers

5.3 No Sale of Personal Data
larogo does not and will never sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies. Any third party claiming to have purchased your data from larogo is acting fraudulently — please report such incidents to larogo support immediately.
5.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of larogo's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. larogo will notify you via your registered email address before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy as a result of such a transaction.

9 Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its IRR, you have the following rights in relation to the personal data larogo holds about you:

In complex cases, larogo may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, in which case you will be notified of the extension and the reasons for it.
10 Children & Minors
Strict 21+ Policy: The larogo Platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. larogo does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
larogo employs multiple layers of age verification during the registration process and during KYC verification to prevent underage individuals from accessing the Platform. If larogo discovers or is notified that personal data belonging to a person under the age of 21 has been collected, we will:
- Immediately suspend the associated account;
- Permanently delete all personal data associated with that account from our active systems; and
- Return any deposits to the payment method used, net of any bonus funds received.
If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered or is using a larogo account, please notify larogo immediately at the support email address in Section 12. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and will act on all credible reports without delay.
